We provide client-centered, shame-resilient, and strengths-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples.     • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or play therapy

    • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments

    • Maintain timely documentation (within 48 hours)

    • Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and other providers

    • Attend weekly team meetings and case consultations

    • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture

    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy

    • Full Texas license: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (good standing)

    • Experience with children, adolescents, couples, and/or families

    • Commitment to LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and culturally responsive care

    • Excellent communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills

    • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments

    • Maintain timely documentation (within 48 hours)

    • Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and other providers

    • Attend weekly team meetings and case consultations

    • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture

    • Training in EMDR, Gottman Method, EFT, Play Therapy, or Sandtray

    • Experience in both telehealth and in-person therapy

    • Bilingual skills (any language)

    • $45/hour (~$70,200/year for 30 clinical hours/week)
